  • Burnout is increasingly common. Stress in itself isn’t always bad, it can drive us to achieve great things. Burnout is the point at which stress is no longer productive and when our physical bodies start to show signs of wear. It’s not just that our jobs ask more and more of us, its that we sometimes lose our capacity for resilience (or never developed it to begin with). It can be a rough spot to be in, but sometimes it can be the wake-up call we need to make a needed change.
